A leading manufacturer in Palm Beach Garden Florida: Managers and supervisors complete the New Leader Management Training Program Here's one comment:
I wanted to personally say thanks. I have been very pleased with the entire
program: the contents, style, methods, presentation etc, all outstanding. I am
hopeful we can plan a follow up. This year is obviously becoming more
challenging for us but hopefully our sales issues will not linger too long. I
was thinking about both a follow up session with these folks and a new session
for more senior leaders.
Local government agency uses Knowledge Based Leadership and receives recognition for Workplace Learning and Performance Best Practice
Twenty employees at the management level began the 5 month journey to learn the
Knowledge Based Leadership methodology and tools. The program was cascaded down
to the staff level. KBL is designed to teach cross functional teamwork, staff
empowerment, fact-based problem solving, critical thinking, and presentation and
leadership skills. By the end of
the first year, 15 four person cross functional teams had completed the program
plus the Senior Leadership Team.
After 18 months, 16 project teams (25.3% of employees) have created an annual productivity savings $1,322,987.00 and an increase in projected annual revenue of $486,066.00. Other work place issues are being resolved using the methodology as problems are identified and process maps have become the norm!
Newly formed consortium helps organizations find balance and brilliance! It is the human element that determines the success of delivering a company’s mission, vision and values. Personal and professional growth are fundamental components to maximizing human potential. Corporate culture is the system of shared values and beliefs that interact with the organization’s people, structure, and systems to produce the set of behavioral norms. The competencies expected of team leaders and team members today are a study of paradoxes.
