The “Knowledge Based Leadership” (KBL) program is a systematic project management and process improvement program designed using the Six Sigma methodology as the framework. There are 3 formats for organizations to customize the program for team member skill level, time available, and type of projects to be considered. Senior Leader Teams may want a short course with long term highly impactful project while Employee Teams may choose longer course with extensive skill development and presentation projects.

The Balanced Scorecard provides an approach helping organizations focus on making strategy a continuous process with real time results.

The New Leader Management Training Program teaches the fundamental components for maximizing human potential. Organizational culture is the system of shared values and beliefs that interact with people, structure, and systems to produce the set of behavioral norms.  The competencies expected of team leaders today are a study of paradoxes. Leaders are expected to facilitate but not inhibit, empower but not control, coach but not drill, communicate but not command, resolve conflict but maintain fair leadership. This program offers team members the opportunity to learn and enhance basic skills and competencies.

That's Brilliant
