Trina Pulliam, has 15 years experience working with business, industry and government. She possesses ability to quickly assess the training needs of business, organizations, or communities.  She is an Innovative developer of programs to impact workers’ knowledge, skills, and behaviors. Her projects require working with corporate leaders to identify new training programs to maximize employee performance. She has a keen insight into understanding the kinds of programs needed to improve employee knowledge, skills, and attitudes.  Trina’s experience in a variety businesses and industries has served her needs as an educator.  She has owned a retail firm, manufacturing company, and services organization.  Trina has a BS degree in economics from the University of Florida and is a current Florida Sterling Examiner. trina@organizationalbrilliance.com

Marc Kallaoun provides real-time digital scorecard tools. Using the Kaplan model and his expertise in making digital applications simple to use, he provides an approach to helping organizations focus on making strategy a continuous process with real time results.

Myra Quinn, M.Ed., MPEC, has an extensive background in business, human resources, and training and development, having spent 20 years in the banking industry.  As a Life Skills and Workplace Coach, Myra Quinn is trained in the problem solving approach developed by David Cooperrider of Case Western Reserve called “Appreciative Inquiry’  and certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a popular personality type assessment and EQi, a renowned Emotional Intelligence Assessment. Myra has managed project teams for DRS TS, DRS SSS, and Jupiter Medical Center. She has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and is certified as a Master Personal and Executive Coach. 

Brad Henderson is currently managing and administering project and strategic initiatives for C.O.B.  As one of the Florida’s first certified ropes course/teambuilding instructors and course certifiers, he has extensive skill and practice in experiential training.  With a background in therapy and social services his knowledge of group dynamics lends to excellent corporate facilitation.  Brad has managed projects for such Trainnovations clients as Oracle, Precision Response Corporation, Seminole Tribe of Florida, and Bombardier Aerospace.  Brad has a BS degree in Liberal Arts.
